• Employees who are foreign citizens working in Vietnam receive an additional day off for their own country's National Day
• If a public holiday falls on a weekend, workers are entitled to have the following day off as compensation
• Under Article 115 of the Labor Code issued in 2012, workers are entitled to ten paid holidays each year.
