Coronavirus: Travel status From May 15, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia are opening their borders to allow citizens from each country to travel freely in and out. Additionally, nationals and residents of nationals and residents of Switzerland, EEA Member States, United Kingdom, Andorra, Monaco, Montenegro, North Macedonia, San Marino, Serbia, Vatican City, Algeria, Australia, Canada, Georgia, Japan, South Korea, Montenegro, Morocco, New Zealand, Rwanda, Serbia, Thailand, Tunisia and Uruguay may enter. Anyone entering from any other state will have to remain in quarantine for 14 days.
