Coronavirus: Travel status International travel to South Africa has restarted from an approved list of countries (check the map below for details). Arriving passengers need a negative COVID-19 test taken at most 72 hours prior to departure.
Coronavirus Notice South Africans are advised to cancel or postpone all non-essential foreign travel. South African Airways announced on March 20 it would suspend international flights. At a briefing on May 27, it was reported that South Africa's Department of Tourism predict that domestic tourism won’t resume until December this year, while international tourism won’t resume until February 2021.

   Antigua and Barbuda: Antigua and Barbuda opened its borders on June 1 in a phased plan that includes reopening the international airport. Visitors are required to wear a mask in all public places.
