International: Eid Al Adha. Eid al-Adha, the Feast of Sacrifice is the most important feast in the Muslim calendar. It celebrates the willingness of the Prophet Ibrahim to sacrifice his son Ishmael in submission to Allah's command, before he was stopped by Allah.
International: Hari Raya Haji. This festival is celebrated throughout the Muslim world as a commemoration of Prophet Abrahams willingness to sacrifice everything for God
Malta: Sette Giugno. A national holiday in remembrance of the riots in 1919 when the Maltese people revolted against the British administration and demanded some form of representative government for the islands. Four people died on that fateful day.
Peru: Battle of Arica and Flag Day. At Battle of Arica in 1880, Alfonso Ugarte gave his life to protect the national flag.
